The source of the ranch's water is Beaver Creek whose headwaters are the nearby Bear Paw Mountains. Beaver Creek runs through the ranch, from South to North, for over 2 miles, with good year-round flow.
Water rights as listed with the Department of Natural Resources. The listed rights include irrigation, domestic and livestock statements of claim ownership dating from 1885.
A diversion dam on the creek allows for both gravity flow irrigation and pump-assisted irrigation.
Three Wells serve the homes and livestock.
One Developed Spring for livestock watering.
Five Reservoirs for wildlife and livestock use.
